John Henry Meily, whose shop was located on North Street in Lima , wove the folded coverlet on the bed above.  He wove coverlets in Lima , Ohio between 1842 and 1846.  The blue and white coverlet to the left was woven in 1846 and brought to Allen County in the 19^th century.
