Phase I
- Update
Campaign to Move Our
Past Forward
We Did It!
Thanks to all of you and your generous support of the Allen County Historical Society's Campaign to Move the Past Forward.
We reached our goal for Phase I shortly after the beginning of this year. We had a Rededication and Ground Breaking event on June 14, 2006. It was wonderful to combine our ground breaking with the 50th "Golden Anniversary" of the dedication of the original Museum building - especially on Flag Day. The Historical Society is very grateful to the individuals, corporations, businesses, foundations, and government entities that have supported us in this endeavor. We are very excited about this project and hope that you share our enthusiasm for a project that will enrich our community and the thousands of visitors that come to our institution each year.
Soon, we'll be starting our fund raising efforts for Phase II of the Museum's expansion and renovation. Stay tuned for future updates.
