The Allen County Historical Society has been the grateful recipient of generous benefactors over the many years of its existence.  Whether these individuals donated valuable artifacts, helped to secure gifts from others, or remembered us in their estate planning, they all shared one thing in common:  the belief that their contribution was an investment in the future.  Those with an appreciation of history recognize its value in lessons for today and tomorrow.
